Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Channelyzer, operated by FFWD Media. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Access

Channelyzer is currently invite-only. Accounts are issued to named people and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@channelyzer.io if you believe an account has been compromised.

What the service does

Channelyzer helps plan, produce and evaluate video content. It generates text, images and speech using third-party AI models, assembles video, and — where you connect a channel — reads back performance figures from YouTube.

Your content

You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the output you generate. We claim no rights over your videos, scripts, artwork or channels. We process your content only to operate the service for you.

Generated output is your responsibility

AI-generated text, images and audio can be inaccurate, can reproduce factual errors, and can resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, for its accuracy, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platform you publish it on — including YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and monetisation policies. We do not warrant that generated output is accurate, original, or fit for publication.

Acceptable use

You may not use Channelyzer to:

• produce content that infringes copyright, trademark or personality rights;
• impersonate a real person or organisation, or fabricate statements attributed to them;
• generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or sexualises minors;
• operate channels in a way that breaches the terms of the platform they are hosted on;
• attempt to access another organisation’s data, or probe or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Connected accounts

Connecting a YouTube channel grants Channelyzer read-only access as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time from within the app or from your Google account permissions page. You are responsible for having the authority to connect any channel you connect.

Third-party services and costs

The service depends on third-party providers for AI generation, storage and delivery. Those providers may change, become unavailable, or alter their pricing. Where you supply your own API keys or accounts, the costs incurred are yours.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FFWD Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost views, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data in line with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
